SUMMARY:Trick-or-Treat Downtown & Halloween Fest!
DESCRIPTION:Watch the streets of Rochester come to life with ghosts\, ghouls\, superheroes and more as children trick-or treat with the Downtown merchants! Children can then meet at the corner of East Street and E. University for a costume parade at 5:15 pm. Followed by a Halloween Fest in the Farmers’ Market Lot! \nTRICK-OR-TREAT 3:30 – 5:00 PM\nLittle ghouls and goblins (along with their parents\, of course) are invited to trick-or-treat at downtown’s most spooktacular merchants!  \nCOSTUME PARADE 5:15 PM\nEveryone loves a parade! Join us at the corner of Water & University as families will march down Water Street to the sounds of Halloween favorites and show off their costumes on the way to the Fire Department \nHALLOWEEN FEST 5:00 – 6:30 PM\nHalloween Fest begins at 5:00 pm in the Farmers Market lot\, corner of E. Third and Water. Activities include: Halloween themed photo opportunities and prizes\, The Little Donut Factory will be selling hot fresh donuts\, a photo opportunity with Ecto 1 and The Metro Detroit Ghostbusters\, and The Linda Rea Team will be donating pumpkins to the first 100 trick-or-treaters who stop by their pumpkin patch!
