Join us at the corner of Water & University as families will march down Water Street to the sounds of Halloween favorites and show off their costumes on the way to the Fire Department \nHALLOWEEN FEST 5:00 – 6:30 PM\nHalloween Fest begins at 5:00 pm in the Farmers Market lot\, corner of E.
