STEP ONE: Dine-in or carry-out at any restaurant in the City of Rochester. See below for a list of participating businesses.
STEP TWO: Collect restaurant receipts throughout the month.
STEP THREE: Bring Receipts for validation and enter-to-win at the DDA’s Downtown Collaboration Studio during regular business hours.

THE RULES:

All receipts must be validated by close of business on Feb. 28.
Diners will receive one entry for every receipt turned in from a participating business.
Diners cannot win multiple shopping sprees.
Winners will be announced & contacted on Monday, March 3.
