8am-11am. 277 E. Second Street, Rochester. The Rochester Fire Department provides a fun atmosphere for the breakfast. This event raises funds for families or individuals who are experiencing financial hardship. The funds help them particpate in RARA Community Programs.

Breakfast includes: Pancakes, Sausage, Coffee, Juice, Milk and Water. Costs are $8 for adults and $4 for kids (12 and under).
