Caron was available and helpful from the very beginning. We were immediately impressed with how she invested time and listened to our concerns before we even listed our home.She had practical advice for us that really helped us prepare for all of the showings that came pouring in as soon as we listed with her.Her groundwork and forethought attracted potential buyers to the point that we could only be in our house to sleep all weekend. Caron's knowledge and expertise regarding the value we would be getting for our money when buying a home put us more at ease with this monumental decision. She was also very patient with all of our sometimes very detailed requests. We were tough customers, but we felt like Caron was on our side.
