Today I’d like to chat about the difference between a listing agent and a buyer’s agent because I know they can be confusing!

A Listing Agent:
– Usually hired by the seller, representing their best interest
– Help with the negotiating, pricing, and making sure the wholesale closes
– Typically paid by the seller

A Buyer’s Agent:
– Usually hired by the buyer, representing their best interest
– Helps with investigating the home, the inspection, and making the right decision
– Typically paid by the seller
