"My wife and I have bought and sold several residential and commercial properties in our lifetime. Caron Koteles is without a doubt the best real estate agent we have ever worked with! This was an estate sale of my parents home that they had lived in for over 60 years. We were trying to manage this project from 1600 miles away and Caron s help was indispensable. She helped to line up people who cleaned the house out, painted, power washed & landscaped. Then she came up with a marketing plan, had professional photos taken (even hired a drone for aerial shots). Because of all of Caron s efforts, the house sold quickly and for top dollar! She was always very responsive and calming. I would hire her again without hesitation!! 5 STARS!!!!"
