"Caron is easily THE BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped us buy our dream home for less than we ere willing to pay and sell our family home for more than we dreamed we could get for it. Based on past experiences with other realtors, I had no idea someone could be so helpful, so proactive, so on top of things. I never doubted that Caron had my back and would get things done for me and my family. She went BEYOND above and beyond. When shopping for a new home, she helped us write offers we were comfortable with, never pushed us to go beyond what we felt was reasonable, and she was brilliant at negotiating. We ended up getting a perfect house for quite a bit less than we were willing to pay – at a time when houses were selling quickly and above list price! When the appraisal came in short, and the sellers contested the appraisal, Caron made sure everything was handled to minimize the delay to closing. Then she helped us sell our old house for 10%+ over list. We had over 30 showings in the first 24 hours. Seriously, over 30 showings in one day. We had something like 22 written offers by Noon on the second day. If I hadn’t been there, I would never have believed it. Two weeks later, we closed. She made sure we were protected every step of the way, including taking a picture of our water meter at the key exchange and sending it to the title company to ensure our final water settlement was accurate. Caron is smart, experienced, and she *never* drops the ball. She knows exactly what can go wrong and she doesn’t wait to handle problems – she makes sure they don’t happen in the first place. I really had no idea that buying and selling could be so easy and hassle-free, but Caron made that happen for us. I will never even consider using another realtor. She absolutely nailed it."
